Tahoe

I'm in Truckee and there is lots of snow! Joel and I drove up late last night and it started snowing at 1000'! I was certainly glad that Joel was driving and it was the least I could do to keep him company. Joel is a good guy. Maybe a little into himself, he even admits he has a big ego...but he is a good friend and I am glad that we reconnected last year via Facebook. Very weird that we don't really remember each other from high school even though it seems we had all of our classes together and hung out with pretty much the same people.
So up her this weekend are Joel's dad, this girl Sharon who Joel's dad is trying to fix him up with and Joel's step-mom. Jesse and Reuben are supposed to be driving up this morning and this girl Stephanie might join us tomorrow.
The snow is realy pretty and I love watching it fall. I am very much more of a mountain person than a beach person!
I brought my camera, but forgot the charger, so no pictures, which is lame.
