A yoga opera is kind of a wierd concept. Audience participation is a must. We sang and danced and chanted and meditated and of course, did asana. Jeff (my teacher) wrote this one caled "Nirvadhi" a combination of the words "nirvana" meaning "not this, extinction" and "samadhi" meaning "all that, integration". Each act was associated with a song and some activity. It was very cool and something that I could definitley see being done at Burning Man. Any way, thats what I did today.
